studio a plus is an architecture design firm committed to the new global awareness. Its objective is to blend architecture with the environment and to preserve natural resources through state of the art technology and ecologic solutions focused on energy and water conservation using local or recycled materials that adapt to the climate and geographic conditions of the area.
40% of the world’s energy is used up by buildings. More than 50% of greenhouse gases are emitted from buildings and the construction industry at large.
The way in which we produce and design our spaces responds to the challenge we face as a civilization; to the idea of experimentation and search of alternatives. Some production methods have given off unacceptable results. In architecture, we believe, everything constructed forms part of our environment. For it to be right, a responsible design most be completed.
To exercise sustainability alternatives is not a matter of progress, but of world survival. For the real estate sector we propose a new area of economic growth, in which architecture contributes to making a better world.
We are advocates of the new industrial revolution; intelligent, generous and sustainable. The relation between the process and the final result constitutes a parameter for innovative idea implementation, using architectural design as a human resource that nature requests.
