The adaption of a commercial site within a fast food area was achieved through a top quality project, combining materials, colors, designs, and proportions through an architectural array that invites people to access the site with confidence, elegance and simplicity. The layout meets the concept intention of Plaza Loreto, a small plaza on the south of Mexico City where Ensadeli is located.
The area is limited to 30m² approximately. Essentially, the space was adapted by dividing it into two sections separated by a radial wall made of apparent red brick. The frontal part, where clients are attended, consists of a curved steal bar following the shape of the dividing wall. The posterior part of the site, which has access through the front and through a back door, keeps the service area: cooking, storage and product control. The red brick wall is sectioned in two, creating a relation between the anterior and posterior spaces. On the second level, above the service area lays a small freight elevator to supply the main bar at the front.
The design included the logo, the menus and the furnishings of the new franchise.
