Ensadeli Plaza Cuicuilco was the result of the design and adaption of a second commercial spot in the fast food area of a plaza at the south of Mexico City. The project stands out because of its quality. The materials, colors, design and proportion reflected by the architectural layout fulfill the conceptual intention of the plaza.
The new space was adapted within an area of approximately 34m². The project was essentially based on a modulated crystal volume which divides the site into two sections: An interior part for cooking, storage and stock control, and an exterior one to attend clients. This steel structure, besides separating both areas, makes the clients feel as if they were actually inside a salad box. This effect results from the glass and the pieces of ceramic that make up the floor.
The design included the logo, the menus and the furnishings of the site.
