ReCURSO studio ventured into the real-estate business with the development of project ES327.
In a regular plot within the central area of Polanco in Mexico City, proposed a four level building with six apartments. Four of them consist of two levels out of step. Each of the six apartments has a green external area with a private access.
The project was developed with an ecofriendly design in mind; focused on creating a residential building that was ecologically sustainable and energy saving through state of the art technology and innovative facilities. The integration of the new building making good use of the sun’s free input and natural ventilation through two patios makes up the core of the project. The construction aspects as well as the local materials used, complement the essential ideas of the firm to create viable, sustainable and high quality architecture.
